We show that the spectrum of $Δ²_{p} u + 2β·∇(|Δu|^{p-2}Δu) + |β|²|Δu|^{p-2}Δu = αm|u|^{p-2}u$, where $β ∈ ℝ^{N}$, under Navier boundary conditions, contains at least one sequence of eigensurfaces.
