We show that for a polynomial mapping $F = (f₁,..., fₘ): ℂ^n → ℂ^m$ the Łojasiewicz exponent $𝓛_∞(F)$ of F is attained on the set ${z ∈ ℂ^n: f₁(z) ·...· fₘ(z) = 0}$.
