The law granting academic degrees at the University of Lviv was already stored in the document of John Casimir of 1661 years. Lviv University led the effort to obtain these rights. They were Opposed the Academy and the Academia  Zamoscensis.  At the time of the Austrian Emperor Joseph II (1784-1805) decree of 1786 was agreed form of broadcasting doctorate. Each was awarded a doctorate by the Senate, and the promotion took part rector and the deans of all faculties. Obtaining a doctorate for defending the theses of the main course and the exam.In the article a list of persons authorized to strict tests, subjects of their dissertations and exam results are presented.Regarding biograms of listed people refer to the cited sources. In some cases, some details mainly relate to the process of doctoral degrees are given.

Prawo nadania stopni akademickich na Uniwersytecie Lwowskim było już zapisane w dokumencie Jana Kazimierza z 1661 roku. Walkę o te prawa Uniwersytet Lwowski toczył długo z Akademią Krakowską i Akademią Zamojską. Na Uniwersytecie Józefińskim dekretem z roku 1786 roku ustalono formę nadawania doktoratu. Każdy doktorat nadawany był przez senat, a w promocji brał udział rektor i dziekani wszystkich wydziałów. Uzyskanie doktoratu polegało na obronie tez z głównych przedmiotów i na egzaminie. W artykule podano listę osób dopuszczonych do egzaminów ścisłych, tematy ich prac doktorskich oraz wyniki egzaminów. Odnośnie życiorysów wymienionych osób odsyłamy do cytowanych źródeł. W niektórych przypadkach podajemy uzupełnienia i szczegóły, które głównie dotyczą procesu doktoryzowania.
